We're so sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase.  We do have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, so if you could please send the item back using the following link below, we'd be happy to process the refund.

As a friendly reminder, please make sure to confirm with us your subscription needs to be canceled when returning your device or send us an email at [email protected] so we can better assist you.  Your subscription will not be cancelled and will remain active until we are notified.

*Please note: If you are returning a necklace, please ensure that it is packaged securely and that the chain will not tangle.  If you return a necklace with a tangled or broken chain, you may be charged a damage fee of up to $15.*
